We want you to receive your Satya Jewelry purchase ASAP. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.
When will I be charged?
Credit cards and Paypal are charged at the time of shipment. Affirm and E-Gift Cards are charged at time of order placement.

Where can I enter a promo code?
You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Return Policy
We pride ourselves on offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. ASTRA gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date(In addition to custom jewelry).
Returns must post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed

Final sale items, sample sale items, limited edition items, and gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned. Gift boxes are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 12-14 business days for returns to process. Once processed, you will be sent a confirmation notice on the return.
